The graphic artist uses her creativity to design products based on the information you provide. In order to generate a product of your preference, it is significant that ALL information you would like included on your project be submitted in a timely fashion as requested by designer.

Please complete this form so that I may better serve you. ONLY ONE Info Form required per project. Pinups & Pearls requires a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit for ALL projects before any work is performed. For Youtube package projects FULL PAYMENT is required.

You are allowed 3 free revisions per project. Each additional revision is $10. This includes but is not limited to size, color, font, pictures etc.
